The shareholders and members of the team have more than 50 years of combined experience in property development.

Pierre Martin, LLB, Chairman
Mr. Martin has had an exceptional, 40-year career in business, government, universities and real estate. He serves as Chairman of the Board of the Montréal Airport Authority, whose current investment program is in the billion dollar range. As President of Faubourg Boisbriand L.P., he plays a prominent role in the development of the project.

John C. Davies, CA, Chief Executive Officer

With more than 40 years of experience in real estate development in Canada and internationally, Mr. Davies led acquisition of the site and overall strategic planning of the concept. He directed the creation of the commercial development plan and manages investor relations.

Hélène Gignac, Eng., MBA, Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Gignac is responsible for the management and operations for the entire Faubourg Boisbriand project. She supervises consultants, advisors and contractors. Her engineering expertise and her flair for business make her an invaluable resource for this project.

Marco Boisvert, Eng., Vice-president, Construction

Mr. Boisvert has more than 10 years of practical experience as a general contractor. He has a complete grasp of the project, understanding its constraints and multiple possibilities. All plans, specifications, estimates, tenders and construction work for Faubourg Boisbriand are under his direct supervision.
